專業(yè)：計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)，機(jī)械制造，電氣自動(dòng)化 ，信息（數(shù)據(jù)）工程，人工智能與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等。
培養(yǎng)周期共36個(gè)月，其中18個(gè)月在總部職能部門，18個(gè)月在下屬投資公司。分階段進(jìn)行輪崗考核，三年培養(yǎng)期滿后由人力資源部根據(jù)管培生培養(yǎng)結(jié)果予以定崗。
（一）角色塑造（12個(gè)月）——根據(jù)公司人才培養(yǎng)需要，安排管培生在總部4個(gè)管理支持部門輪崗12個(gè)月，逐步了解公司的組織架構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化、未來戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)和各職能部門的工作職責(zé)，讓管培生在快速完成初入職場(chǎng)的身份轉(zhuǎn)換與思維轉(zhuǎn)變的同時(shí)，加深對(duì)公司的歸屬感和認(rèn)同感，初步建立起管培生的管理思維。
（二）深耕厚植（6個(gè)月）——根據(jù)管培生在總部職能部門的輪崗情況，結(jié)合管培生個(gè)人意愿，安排管培生在1個(gè)管理支持部門進(jìn)行深入學(xué)習(xí)，加強(qiáng)管理技能提升，塑造工作能力，逐步形成自我認(rèn)知，激發(fā)自我潛能，進(jìn)一步開拓管培生的統(tǒng)籌管理思維。
（三）業(yè)務(wù)提升（18個(gè)月）——根據(jù)子企業(yè)管理需要，結(jié)合管培生自身情況，安排管培生深入一線，向縱深專精努力，運(yùn)用前期學(xué)習(xí)到的管理工具與專業(yè)技能，跟隨下屬公司主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)際“操刀”，協(xié)助共同完成課題立項(xiàng)和結(jié)項(xiàng)。以項(xiàng)目日常管理過程中遇到的實(shí)際問題為課題，取得一定的工作成果，找準(zhǔn)適合自身職業(yè)發(fā)展的工作“賽道”。
