職責(zé)描述:
1、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)拉美各戰(zhàn)略市場(chǎng)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商渠道動(dòng)態(tài),制定新經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商新建店培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目及資料包;
2、負(fù)責(zé)按照乘用車(chē)產(chǎn)品上市計(jì)劃及訂單情況,制定產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料包的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)工作;
3、負(fù)責(zé)收集拉美區(qū)域當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)相關(guān)信息,制作本土化營(yíng)銷(xiāo)賣(mài)點(diǎn)及服務(wù)話(huà)術(shù)類(lèi)培訓(xùn)資料;
4、負(fù)責(zé)考察乘用車(chē)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商店端運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)際情況,制定服務(wù)提升類(lèi)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目及資料開(kāi)發(fā)。
5、負(fù)責(zé)給對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的客戶(hù)或者分公司員工提供線(xiàn)下和線(xiàn)上培訓(xùn),前往當(dāng)?shù)亻_(kāi)展到店培訓(xùn)輔導(dǎo)工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查,并分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行持續(xù)優(yōu)化,完成培訓(xùn)落地閉環(huán)管理;
7、負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)使用,持續(xù)研究創(chuàng)新型培訓(xùn)模式并進(jìn)行本土化導(dǎo)入。
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者;
2、英語(yǔ)或西語(yǔ)或葡語(yǔ)流利,具備一定的課程開(kāi)發(fā)及授課能力;
3、有開(kāi)發(fā)乘用車(chē)產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料優(yōu)先,有開(kāi)展海外培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

職責(zé)描述: ASK SSC provide professional front-line services to external suppliers and internal employees , collectively handling information enquiries regarding invoices, TEC, payslips and personal administration enquiries. It’s also the first contact window for employees on system problems. 任職要求: Fluent in oral and written Japanese or Korean. Service-minded attitude to solve the problems. Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office. Other languages are preferred.
Responsibilities: - Assess, develop, and implement selection process and tools that increase the level of top talent in the organization while ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations. - Develop and coordinate delivery of selection training to both recruiters and hiring managers, with a focus on improving quality while maintaining efficiency. - In partnership with other HR teams, look to create alignment between selection and development processes. This includes continued integration of competencies in selection, identifying internal opportunity awareness and selection, and organizational succession planning alignment. - Provide coaching, guidance, and influence of both the Recruiting team and Field HR in aligning organizational goals.
