Skills Requirement:
- Associate degrees, graduated from electronic engineering or related technical fields
大專以上學(xué)歷，電子工程/電子信息等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
- Ability to read assembly drawings
能看懂裝配圖紙
- Problem solving, quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical issues
具備問題解決能力，能快速有效地識別和解決技術(shù)問題
- Fundamental electronics knowledge (Ohm Law and resistor value readings)
掌握電子學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識（歐姆定律與電阻值讀數(shù)）
- Associated with using multimeter (for AC/DC voltage and current measurement) and function or signal generator (adjusting key signal parameters, including frequency, amplitude)

- Able to use electronic rework/repair tools, such as soldering iron to upgrade PCBA.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other team members, operators and engineers.

- Willing to learn different function knowledge such as quality department

Responsibility職責(zé)：1. Be a key team member to review the design of the new equipment 做為關(guān)鍵成員，對新設(shè)備方案進行審核2. Validation during the equipment acceptance, and finish the capability report which will be the important evidence on equipment status. 設(shè)備驗收階段的能力確認(rèn)，并完成報告，作為驗收的重要依據(jù)。3. Support the other department to do the MMS activities. 支持其它部門完成MMS活動4. Prepare and perform the calibration plan to guarantee the production quality. 制定并執(zhí)行測試設(shè)備驗證計劃，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。5. Process the production test data and analysis the abnormity during the test with Quality and Process. 處理日常生產(chǎn)中的測試數(shù)據(jù)，和質(zhì)量/工藝等一起分析產(chǎn)品測試過程中的異常。6. Support the CS to do the return parts failure analysis, and prepare the test report which guides the final judgment. 支持客服部門進行售后件故障分析，并提供產(chǎn)品測試報告作為產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)的最終確認(rèn)。7. Special management of key facility and machine, and establish technical files 對關(guān)鍵設(shè)備和重點設(shè)備進行特殊管理，并建立技術(shù)檔案8. MMS activity deployment and promotion MMS 活動的開展和推進9. Bachelor degree or above and majored in industrial automatic or automotive 自動化或汽車類專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。2. More than 5 years working experience, automotive is better. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，汽車行業(yè)者優(yōu)先。3. Knowledge about automatic or hydraulic, be familiar with VB/C /labview etc. 熟悉液壓系統(tǒng)或者電氣系統(tǒng)，能夠熟練使用VB，C ，Labview等。4. Have clearly working logic and analysis ability, can singly deal with the production technical problem and equipment breakdown. 具有清晰的工作邏輯和良好的問題分析能力，能獨立處理產(chǎn)品技術(shù)問題及解決設(shè)備故障。5.
