Job summary:職位概覽
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Reporting to the Material Manager.為了支持我們打造優(yōu)秀產(chǎn)品并為我們的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)的杰出團(tuán)隊(duì),我們正在尋找一名位于深圳南山區(qū)的行政前臺,向行政經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
What a typical day looks like:工作內(nèi)容
1. Assist on all admin works, including phone call screening, water, tickets, hotels, cars booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, office property management and maintenance, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel
協(xié)助日常的行政事務(wù),如辦公室資產(chǎn)管理與維護(hù)等;
2. Receive office visitors
接待辦公室訪客;
3. Deal with stationary requests, contact supplies and be responsible for stationary distribution.
負(fù)責(zé)處理員工文具事宜,聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商及物資分發(fā);
4. Assist office manager to update hotel agreements, contact lists
協(xié)助經(jīng)理更新酒店協(xié)議和聯(lián)系方式;
5. Keep the office area nice and tidy.
管理保潔人員保證辦公室的整潔;
6. Assist on office admin filing and documentation
協(xié)助辦公室行政文檔的管理;
7. Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers and process payment
協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商和付款事宜;
8. Other tasks assigned.
其他由上級安排的工作。
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:我們需要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1. Good English and Chinese language skills both in written and oral
具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;’
2. Open-minded, service-minded
具備開放的心態(tài)和服務(wù)意識;
3. Good listening skills and response to people in an effective, positive and friendly manner.
具備良好的溝通技巧并且有效、積極、友好的與同事溝通;
4. Good team player
具備較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識;
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and office facilities
熟練使用辦公軟件。
