Responsibilities:
-First contact for quality problems of the internal customers and Initiate a
quick initial diagnosis of the failed parts from customer.
聯(lián)系內(nèi)部客戶處理質(zhì)量問題，并從客戶處對故障部件進行快速初步診斷。
-Receipt of the defective internal goods from the customer, triggering the
replacement delivery for the failed part.從客戶處收到有不合格品，跟進不合格品的退換交付。
-Regular review meetings with the customers, review of the findings,
participation in the action defining.定期與客戶舉行審查會議，審查調(diào)查結(jié)果，參與行動定義。
-Controlling the appointments of the 24h report weekly.管理每周24H報告
-Define and initiate the scope of stock clearing independently(internal or
external issue).-獨立定義并啟動庫存結(jié)算（內(nèi)部或外部問題）
-Initiate and implement preventative measures across all products.
針對所有產(chǎn)品啟動并實施相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施
-Handling of quality evaluations regarding failure frequencies and causes.
處理有關(guān)故障頻率和原因的質(zhì)量評估。
Experience:
-Above 3 years experience in quality management. 3年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗-Know basic
technology of SMT, Assembly, Test, soldering 了解SMT、組裝、測試、焊接的基本技術(shù)-Know ISO13485,
ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820 了解ISO13485, ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820-Well know CAPA,
customer NC handling process, PDCA, 5 why, ESD, Electronics and Mechanics,
etc. 熟悉CAPA，客戶不合格品處理流程，PDCA，5WHY，ESD，電子和機械等-Good English (speaking, reading
and writing)良好的英語能力
