和祐國際醫(yī)院的定位是一所高水平的非營利性國際醫(yī)院，要建這樣一所醫(yī)院很難，絕不是一蹴而就的事，除了投錢，還需要有長期耕耘的心理準備，而且建成以后也要給醫(yī)院長期“輸血”。但我一定要做，而且一定要做好這件事，希望能夠以這種方式回饋社會、造福鄉(xiāng)梓，為家鄉(xiāng)、為社會再做一件有義的事情，這是我的初心。

heyou international hospital will be a nonprofit international hospital featured with its high-standard medical service and quality.however, building such a great hospital is not an overnight achievement because, in addition to enormous capital investment, it also needs psychological preparation for a long-term internal commitment from our staff. moreover, even after its completion, it still needs financial input from the hospital’s investor for a long time. however, i have made up my mind that i must do such a thing, and i must do it well regardless of difficulties, for it is my initial mind of philanthropy that is to give back to society in such a charitable way and make another beneficial and meaningful contribution to my hometown and society.

和祐國際醫(yī)院（以下簡稱“醫(yī)院”）位于中國廣東省佛山市，也是珠三角核心區(qū)域；醫(yī)院按照jci認證體系和國內三級甲等綜合醫(yī)院進行規(guī)劃設計和建設，主營建筑面積35萬平方米，容納1500張床位，總預算達100億元人民幣。

醫(yī)院由英國杰典國際建筑設計有限公司設計，并榮獲2021年德國標志性設計獎·創(chuàng)新建筑獎。醫(yī)院全部建成后，將發(fā)展成為集醫(yī)療、教學、科研、預防、保健、康復于一體的國內領先的三級甲等綜合醫(yī)院。

heyou is designed by bai design international limited and the architectural design of heyou won iconic awards·innovative architecture in 2021. by the time of hospital completion, heyou will be a leading 3a general hospital in china with the synergy of medical services, teaching, research, disease prevention, health management, and rehabilitation treatment.

醫(yī)院規(guī)劃hospital planning

l 醫(yī)院將按照國內三甲綜合醫(yī)院標準以及jci標準打造符合國際水平的質量安全體系，設置如下科室。

heyou is to be built upon national requirement of 3a hospitals as well as jci accreditation system to meet international standard of medical care quality and the specialties are setup as followed.

l 醫(yī)院將重點建設和發(fā)展腫瘤，骨科與運動醫(yī)學等卓越中心。

heyou will prioritize the development of multiple centers of excellence (coes), such as orthopedics and sports medicine center, oncology center, etc..

l 醫(yī)院將逐步實現(xiàn)胸痛中心、卒中中心、創(chuàng)傷中心等功能中心的國家級認證。

heyou will also be accredited as national chest pain center, national stroke center， national trauma center etc. step by step in the future.

l 醫(yī)院將設置imc國際醫(yī)學中心，按照國際醫(yī)療標準為珠三角乃至國際患者提供高質量診療服務；

heyou is going to establish international medical center (imc) which will be built upon international standard of medical quality,to provide a high-quality health care service for patients from the pearl river delta and the rest of the world.

l 醫(yī)院將配置尖端設備，引進世界主流產商最新型高端醫(yī)療設備，包括質子重離子設備、3.0mri、256排以上ct、雙光子直線加速器、磁波刀、全飛秒、手術機器人等；

heyou is to be equipped withcutting-edge medical equipment. it plans to bring in the latest high-end medical equipment produced by worldwide major manufacturers. the equipment include proton-heavy ion system, 3.0mri, 256-or-higher-slice ct,dual-energy linear accelerators, magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound (mggfu), visumax femtosecond laser system, surgical robotics etc..

l 醫(yī)院將為領軍人才提供高水平實驗室、組建團隊、提供臨床研究資金；研究所產生的成果將由美的生物科技公司負責轉化。

heyou will provide high-level laboratories, professional research teams, and considerable research funds to leading researchers in their fields. finally, midea biotechnology co. ltd. will translate research fruits.

l 誠聘各專科的首席醫(yī)師。

heyou is recruiting chief physicians of all specialties.

招聘基本條件qualifications

? 臨床醫(yī)學及相關者專業(yè)，博士學位；

must be md, phd in clinical medicine or other related fields.

? 持有相應執(zhí)業(yè)資格證；

must be board-certified.

? 在美國新聞周刊排名100強榜醫(yī)院任職并連續(xù)從事臨床工作15年及以上或出任單科病種首席醫(yī)師；

the eligible candidate must have worked for one of top 100 hospitals by newsweek and with at least consecutive 15 years’ clinical work experience or serve as a chief physician for an individual disease unit.

? 論文專著：主編、參編過醫(yī)學專著或發(fā)表過sci 一區(qū)論文；

paper or monograph publications:the candidate is or used to be a chief editor or have participated in the edition of one or more medical journals or medical monographs; must have published sci papers in sjr q1.

? 國際知名大學或醫(yī)學院任職副教授及以上職務優(yōu)先考慮；

the eligible candidate has been awarded the title of associate professor or above in top universities or schools of medicine (preferred).

? 目前或曾任國內或國際本專業(yè)學術組織重要職務優(yōu)先考慮；

the eligible candidate holds or used to hold a key position in domestic or international academic associations (preferred).

? 研究成果：誠聘學術造詣深厚，從事具有重大創(chuàng)新性、發(fā)展前景以及關鍵共性技術研究工作，取得具有重要創(chuàng)新和重大影響的標志性成果。在海內外具有重要影響力、學術地位和學術水平或在臨床醫(yī)學領域具有重要國際影響優(yōu)先考慮；

research achievement: the candidate should have prominent academic performance, be engaged in innovative, prospective, or key technological research and have achieved significant or marked fruits in his/her field with great influence in medical circle domestically and internationally (preferred).
