工作職責(zé):
As a bridge between APP and the sales/region teams, especially product/event cross APP/Region, to assist APP in achieving success with new product sales.

(1) Support APP team in new product go-to-market strategy: Based on product positioning, assist in developing online and offline promotion plans (e.g., support industry exhibitions strategy when needed, white paper releases,).
支持APP團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品的 市場推廣策略制定:基于產(chǎn)品定位,協(xié)助制定線上線下推廣計(jì)劃(如需要的時(shí)候協(xié)助Region制定產(chǎn)品的推廣策略、白皮書發(fā)布)。
(2) Overall marketing plan and budget management: Assist APP in planning the overall product marketing roadmap, consolidating the annual budget for approval, and monitoring budget utilization.
產(chǎn)品總營銷計(jì)劃及總預(yù)算管理:協(xié)助APP策劃產(chǎn)品的總營銷計(jì)劃,搜集年度預(yù)算并且獲得審批,監(jiān)控總預(yù)算使用情況。
(3) Closed-loop marketing performance tracking: Support APP in defining marketing processes and KPIs, provide relevant data and reports to refine promotional strategies, and improve ROI.
營銷效果數(shù)據(jù)閉環(huán):協(xié)助APP制定營銷獲得的流程與指標(biāo),提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)與報(bào)表優(yōu)化推廣策略,提升投入產(chǎn)出比.
(4) Work with APP teams to organize the new product training, including global and regional, define the training objectives, identifying the target audience, and outlining the agenda.
與APP一起制定年度新產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn): 包括全球的以及按區(qū)域的。定義培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、受眾范圍、議程。
(5) Assist Region to organize and execute the training in local region.
協(xié)助區(qū)域執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
(6) Organize two global trainings per year.
全球的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃:組織每年2次培訓(xùn)。
(7) Set up the Internal product communication platform, and develop a new standard template for new product communication.
制定新的新產(chǎn)品物料共享平臺,統(tǒng)一新產(chǎn)品溝通的物料格式。
(8) Reviewing workflow and product marketing business requirements based on departmental goals and tasks, conveying these to the IT team for implementation. This includes clarifying the responsibilities and delivery timelines for each stage to ensure execution on the business end.
結(jié)合部門工作目標(biāo)與任務(wù),梳理工作流程以及業(yè)務(wù)需求,傳遞至IT團(tuán)隊(duì)搭建落地;明確各環(huán)節(jié)責(zé)任人及交付時(shí)限,推動(dòng)流程及產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)在業(yè)務(wù)端落地執(zhí)行。
