Position Summary:
達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo);維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,挖掘銷售機(jī)會(huì);提高公司產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)占有率
Achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship, and find more sales opportunities, increase market share.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)所管轄區(qū)域化工/鋰電行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和具體實(shí)施情況,完成年度銷售目標(biāo),包含真空泵,配件,系統(tǒng)和售后各分項(xiàng)指標(biāo);
Responsible for the business development and sales implementation in related market to achieve sales goals, including individual tasks: pumps, spare parts, systems, and service.
2. 日常售前拜訪,商務(wù)交流,客戶關(guān)系維護(hù),問題公關(guān)處理,并深挖客戶潛在需求,提高市場(chǎng)滲透率和市場(chǎng)份額;
Regular sales visit, business communication, customer relationship maintenance, issues handling, keenly sense the potential demand for customers, to increase market penetration rate and market share.
3. 根據(jù)客戶應(yīng)用和工藝要求,提供模擬計(jì)算,真空泵選型和系統(tǒng)方案優(yōu)化等技術(shù)支持;
According to customer’s application and process requirement, provide vacuum simulation, the selection of pumps, optimizing the proposal of systems, and all the technical supports to customers.
4. 關(guān)注行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),開發(fā)潛在銷售機(jī)會(huì),收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,制定有效的行業(yè)銷售策略;
Focus on market trends closely, develop potential business,collect information about competitions, in order to formulate effective strategy.
5. 跟進(jìn)已簽署訂單,確保設(shè)備順利交付及調(diào)試運(yùn)行,并負(fù)責(zé)催討應(yīng)收賬款,跟進(jìn)售后相關(guān)工作;
Follow up the signed orders, ensure the delivery and debugging for the equipment smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection, follow up the after sales activities.
6. 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源,提高客戶滿意度。
Coordinate the company resource to achieve customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 真空應(yīng)用相關(guān)知識(shí),了解真空相關(guān)設(shè)備及系統(tǒng);
Have vacuum knowledge, experience for vacuum equipment and system;
2. 熟悉行業(yè)應(yīng)用,具有大型項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)的相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Familiar with application and market, have experience in large project follow up.
3. 優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,敏銳的市場(chǎng)嗅覺,善于從客戶處收集有效信息,并發(fā)掘潛力客戶;
Good communication and coordination ability, keen market sense, and be good at getting effective information from customers, and develop potential customers.
4. 具有時(shí)間管理和自我管理能力、良好的抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
Good time management and self-management ability, with strong spirit of teamwork and can work under high pressure.
5. 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力,能在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)熟悉公司各類產(chǎn)品;
Good learning ability can be familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time.
6. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、流體機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè),真空相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering or fluid machinery related, major in vacuum is preferred.
2. 良好的抗壓能力,能接受經(jīng)常出差;
Ready to work under pressure, available for frequent travelling.
3. 至少5年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),化工或鋰電行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
At least five years related sales experience, working experiences in related industry.
