崗位職責(zé)： 1.Assist supervisor or manager to define project direction. Including appearance, size, functional requirements, BOM, reliability test requirements, process flow chart, etc. 協(xié)助主管和經(jīng)理一同確定項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的方向。包括外觀，尺寸，功能要求，BOM，可靠性測試要求，工藝流程圖等； 2.Participate in developing with managers, supervisors, tooling designers to complete different kind of equipment development or mold or fixtures . 參與經(jīng)理，主管，模具設(shè)計(jì)師，設(shè)備開發(fā)工程師一同完成各種生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，模治具的方案開發(fā)； 3.Verify and modify new mold or fixtures ,new equipment,new material, new process,new layout to meet the production demand. 驗(yàn)證和調(diào)整新模治具，新設(shè)備，新材料，新制程，新排線以適合產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的需要； 4.Lead sampling and DOE verification .Establish/debug production line to find and solve engineering problems in time on-spot. 主持樣品生產(chǎn)線及DOE驗(yàn)證，量產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)線的建立，調(diào)試與認(rèn)證。并隨線發(fā)現(xiàn)并及時(shí)解決工程問題； 5.Mass production yield improvement (MIL) and technician training and preparation of engineering documents. 量產(chǎn)良率提升(MIL)及技術(shù)員培訓(xùn)，以及工程文件的編寫。 任職要求： 1.≥ 5year or above experience in equivalent position 5年或以上同等崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 2.Familiar with development process of relevant products.Ability to follow the process from development to mass production and solve problems in the process independently. 熟悉相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)流程，能獨(dú)立跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目從開發(fā)到量產(chǎn)過過程并解決過程中的問題； 3.Familiar with relevant process, good quality abnormal analysis ability and problem solving ability. 熟悉能對(duì)相關(guān)工藝，具有良好的品質(zhì)異常分析能力和解決問題能力； 4.Good communication skills and product failure analysis experience. 有良好的溝通能力和產(chǎn)品失效分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 5.Able to make inprovement for analysising product defective issue and solve problems. 能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)問題，完成不良分析提出改善方案。
