Job Responsibilities:
Receive customer forecast, send to internal team and monitor the delivery plan.
Responsible for shipment arrangements and logistic documents preparation for both domestic and overseas delivery.
Negotiate with customers regarding any issue of forecast release and meeting demand.
Monitor forecast and achieved delivery to track the sales revenue.
Predict annual, quarterly, and monthly sales data, and complete sales reports.
Send invoices and track overdue status with customers.
Archive drawing, contract purchase order etc, maintain current product price adjustments.
Track customer needs and accurately communicate engineering changes and other information to local team.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Can work under pressure, good communication and Interpersonal skills.
3 years working experience in the automotive industry
Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken
Good at ERP
