崗位職責(zé) Job
Responsibilities:
機器調(diào)整與維護：負責(zé)指導(dǎo)CNC加工設(shè)備的日常調(diào)試、參數(shù)優(yōu)化及基礎(chǔ)維護，確保設(shè)備高效穩(wěn)定運行。
Machine adjustment and maintenance: Responsible for guiding the daily
debugging, parameter optimization and basic maintenance of CNC machining
equipment to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
文件編制：根據(jù)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求，編寫WI（作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書），并持續(xù)優(yōu)化工藝流程。
Process Documentation: Prepare Work Instructions (WI) based on product specifications
and continuously optimize process flows.
質(zhì)量問題改善：分析生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量問題，主導(dǎo)制定改進方案并跟蹤實施效果，提升產(chǎn)品合格率。
Quality Issue Resolution: Analyze quality issues in the production process,
lead the development of improvement plans, and monitor implementation results
to enhance product yield.
刀具優(yōu)化管理：負責(zé)現(xiàn)場刀具的選型、使用優(yōu)化及壽命管理，降低加工成本并提高生產(chǎn)效率。
Tooling Optimization: Manage on-site tool selection, usage optimization, and
lifespan control to reduce machining costs and improve production efficiency.
跨部門協(xié)作：與質(zhì)量、技術(shù)等部門密切溝通，協(xié)調(diào)解決相關(guān)問題。
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with quality and technical
departments to coordinate and resolve related issues.
任職要求 Job Requirements:
教育背景 Education：
機械類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related fields.
工作經(jīng)驗 Experienc：
5年以上機加工行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，熟悉CNC加工工藝
Minimum 5 years of experience in machining industry, proficient in CNC
processes
技能要求 Technical Skills：
具備WI文件編寫、工時定額制定能力
Ability to prepare Work Instructions (WI) and set production time standards
熟悉質(zhì)量問題分析工具（如8D、5Why）及改進方法
Familiar with quality analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why) and improvement
methodologies
良好的刀具管理及切削參數(shù)優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗
Experience in tool management and cutting parameter optimization
熟悉車床（含多軸），磨床和五軸加工中心。
Familiar with lathes (including multi-axis ones), grinders and five-axis
machining centers.
