Responsibilities

1.Responsible for programming, debugging, and maintaining industrial automation PLCs (primarily Rockwell and Siemens) and Aveva System Platform software.

2.Conducting requirement analysis, module development, configuration, and system integration with SAP and SCADA for DMO/MES (Manufacturing Execution System). 3.Diagnosing and resolving communication issues between PLC, SCADA, DMO/MES, and SAP. 4.Participating in the full management process of smart manufacturing projects, from solution design to on-site implementation. 5.Preparing technical documentation (such as FAT/SAT reports) and providing training to operators.

Qualifications

1.Familiar with ERP/Aveva SCADA/MES application software or have implementation experience.

2.Proficient in Rockwell PLC programming or Nestlé DMO process module configuration for more than 3 years. 3.Have more than 3 years of experience in implementing automation/digitalization projects, including debugging and commissioning of automation equipment/production lines. 4.Familiar with the processes of the food processing and manufacturing industry, and have worked in the food processing or process industry for more than 3 years. 5.Self-manage according to defined KPIs/goals and proactively track them. 6.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation, computer science, or related fields.
