We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager who deeply understands young U.S. consumers to help us build our online presence and recruit users fast. **Job Summary**: We are seeking an audacious and self-motivated social media manager to help us attract GenZ and Gen Alpha social media users to interact with our intelligent voice-based AI Interviewers, to create eye-catching contents, and to promote our brand awareness through influencers and brand partners. **Key Responsibilities**: - Work closely with the go-to-market team to build a detailed social media plan leading to the product launch in Jan. 2025 and beyond; - Warm up new social media accounts (i.e., X, Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit) by developing engaging content and active audience engagement; - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and AI industry communities (such as Product Hunt) to inform content creation and events; - Discover the right influencers in beauty, fashion, and tech and form partnerships; - Set budgets for social media marketing and calculate the ROI; - Inform the product and sales teams based on user feedback on social media. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in consumer brands or the startup sector; - Strong understanding of the young U.S. consumers and the best practices to engage with them on various social media platforms (including X, Ins, Tiktok, Reddit, Telegram); - Excellent written and verbal communications skills to collaborate with a fast-pacing startup team; - Knowledge of AI, web3, or cryptocurrency a plus; previous experience working with enterprise B2B clients a plus. **What We Offer**: -Competitive pay and flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours a week in our Shanghai office preferred). -The opportunity to make a real impact on the zero-to-one product launch of an exciting AI Agent startup, alongside a passionate and fun team. -The chance to join the team as a full-time founding member with equity and options.
