We are seeking for a Sales Support Associate who can support sales activities as well as manage an effective client relationship management system. The Sales Support Associate will work with management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are going smoothly.

This position also provides the great opportunity of career development into Account managers for ambitious candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Provide sales and administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers.

?Customer orders execution including confirm, process and update status in the database software.

?Manage/track order processing approvals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

?Handle documentation requests from customers.

?Reply to customer inquiries when authorized by Account Managers.

?Manage and coordinate the documentation and sample system.

?Other duties deemed appropriate by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

?Bachelor’s degree with business concentration, food, pharma, or biochemistry is required.

?Fluent in English.

?0-2 years of sales support experience in comparable industries.

?Good liaison with all other department members and able to work in a team.

?Experience with client relationship management system (CRM) preferred.

?Fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
