61 Manage supply chain SAP and other IT system requirements and services to meet IT requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
61 Ensure the design, selection, development and maintenance of business application systems are successfully integrated and operated within the company’s business environment.
61 Provide the on-going system support, problem solving and the complete solution to end users.
61 Cross-site team collaboration and development team management.
Job Responsibilities:
61 Coordinate project assignments, schedules and oversee overall project progress
61 Prepare the System Blueprint for the system design in the middle to large scale projects
61 Manage and motivate development teams to provide the high quality deliverable
61 Understand the business requirement, report requirement and as-is process flows
61 Operation / development / configuration of SAP system and other IT system
61 Ensure the end-to-end process flows and system design are well integrated with other systems
61 Identify gaps between as-is and to-be process and plan for change management
61 Translating the needs into IT system requirements, performing configuration change or system development
61 Manage development team to provide daily support to business users; document or revise business process as required
Job Requirements:
61 Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology related disciplines.
61 10 years relevant experience; in which 3 years at team leader capacity (preferably in retail industry).
61 A team player with strong sense of ownership and commitment
61 SAP experience is a MUST
61 Possess strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
61 Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
61 Strong leadership and team management skills
61 Able to work well with personnel at various levels independently
61 Immediate available is highly preferred
