Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To assist the supervisor on formulating the development plan and strategies in order to accomplish the company target. 2. Support in other projects and events within department. Requirements: 1. Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics 2. At least 3 years of experience in insurance, banking and wealth management industry 3. Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred 4. Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills 5. Strong problem solving skill and results oriented 6. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage 7. Conversant in MS Word, Excel and Power
