Responsibility：
Serve as business partner to plant management teams and support decision making via reliable and transparent financial data and analysis.
Continuously monitor plant performance, analyze deviations from plan, understand influencing factors, and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present small-scale business cases and support Special Projects Controlling on big-scale business cases.
Monitor and control investment budget, ensure process compliance and conduct regular post-investment calculations.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support management decisions.
Develop and lead an efficient team with good operation and controlling knowledge and professional attitude.
Serve as contact point for BU Controlling
