Job Summary- Following the rules of EHS, make SGA to be the main supplier in customer by developing and coordinating SGA resources to serve the customer well.- Enhance Focused market sales coverage and technical support.- Develop key segment application in accordance with SGA strategyCore responsibility- Achieve segment and individual sales target.- Business development in segment in accordance with SGA business strategy,such as auto body, aerospace and metal working- Coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sale. Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming.- To work closely with the application technologies team to provide technical support and field services to the customers;- Develop new application market and find new customers, improving market range. - To collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study.- To ensure long-term business prospects with the customers and profit oriented result to the Company.- Set up and maintain good relationship with end users, gain customer trust and continuously get new project opportunities, follow up new projects well; Build and keep good cooperation relationship with partner (distributor) and different departments inside SGA to fulfill high efficiency cooperation; And based on it, manage end users and distributors well.- Be familiar with Abrasives industry and its grinding application. Collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study. Identify and warn potential business risks and has the ability to summarize the development characteristics and trends for specific segment.- Conduct daily sales work timely and efficiently, such as customer information collection, sample application and management, customer test arrangement, order placement for direct customer, special price application, price system management, AR (Account Receivable) push, delivery management, urgent order coordination and follow up, customer training seminar organization, etc. Has the ability to deal with most complaints; Provide monthly order and sales forecast promptly; Submit high quality report like travel report and monthly report, etc.- Coach and lead team to help them to realize skill development and individual growth- Manage Funnel and TAP projects well; according to the requirement to do PSP project.- Any other tasks assigned by the Superior.* Typical Education Level Demo: Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering, marketing or sales background is a plus.* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills - Above 5-year relevant technical sales working experiences in industry, have knowledge of Abrasives product is a plus. - Excellent sales skill. - Good experience in coaching and lead sales team is a plus - General computer skills, especially MS Office. - Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. office - Good writing and oral in English is a plus. 工作總括:1、在遵守圣戈班健康、安全、環(huán)境政策的前提下,協(xié)調(diào)好圣戈班的資源來開發(fā)和服務(wù)好客戶,使圣戈班成為客戶的磨料磨具主力供應(yīng)商。2、提高關(guān)注的行業(yè)銷售覆蓋和技術(shù)支持。3、按照公司的長期策略開發(fā)重點行業(yè)應(yīng)用主要工作職責(zé):1、達成負責(zé)行業(yè)及個人的銷售目標(biāo)2、按照公司的長期策略,開發(fā)重點行業(yè)應(yīng)用,如:車身涂裝、航空、金屬加工3、為提高客戶滿意度并發(fā)展新的銷售做好客戶及公司內(nèi)部各部門間的溝通協(xié)調(diào),推進報價、訂單跟進、貨款催付及產(chǎn)品抱怨整個流程。4、和技術(shù)團隊緊密配合,為客戶提供技術(shù)支持及現(xiàn)場服務(wù)。5、開拓新應(yīng)用、發(fā)展新客戶,增加產(chǎn)品銷售范圍;6、定期收集更新市場信息,進行市場分析。7、把握與客戶的長期業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展前景,并能為公司帶來效益。8、建立并維持與最終客戶的良好合作關(guān)系,贏得客戶的信任并能不斷從客戶處獲取新項目,跟蹤好新項目的進展;建立并維持與合作伙伴(經(jīng)銷商)及公司內(nèi)不同部門之間良好且高效的合作關(guān)系;在此基礎(chǔ)上管理好客戶與經(jīng)銷商。 9、熟悉磨料磨具行業(yè)及磨削應(yīng)用,定期收集更新市場信息,進行市場分析,鑒別與預(yù)警潛在的業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險,能總結(jié)行業(yè)發(fā)展的特點。10、及時和高效處理銷售的日常職責(zé),如客戶信息收集、樣品申請與管理、客戶試驗協(xié)調(diào)、直接客戶的訂單處理、特價申請準(zhǔn)備、價格體系管理、應(yīng)收款催賬、發(fā)貨管理、緊急訂單生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)與交貨跟蹤、客戶培訓(xùn)活動的組織等,能獨立處理大部分的客戶投訴;及時提供月度訂單與銷售預(yù)測;提交有質(zhì)量報告,如出差報告,月度報告。11、輔導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)團隊獲得他們的技能提升與個人成長12、管理好Funnel與TAP的項目,按照公司要求做PSP項目。13、上級指派的其他工作。教育背景:機械或化學(xué)等工科專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備市場或營銷背景者為佳。相關(guān)經(jīng)驗技能:1、5年以上工業(yè)行業(yè)技術(shù)型銷售工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉磨料磨具行業(yè)產(chǎn)品為佳。 2、優(yōu)秀的銷售技巧;3、有輔導(dǎo)與帶領(lǐng)銷售團隊的經(jīng)驗為佳4、熟練應(yīng)用MS Office;5、具備很強的商務(wù)談判技巧及很強的報告、演講技能;6、具備良好的英語書寫和口語能力優(yōu)先。 職能類別:銷售經(jīng)理 關(guān)鍵字:航空航天
