major responsibilities:
-- support the early detection of possible failures and the definition of abatement measures in the product;
-- create and manage fmea document;
-- creation of the product structure tree (component, function, failure function) using the fmea software;
-- planning and organizing the necessary fmea meetings in consultation with the fmea owners;
-- ensure the formal / methodology accuracy of the fmea;
-- evaluate and present the fmea when required (internal, external oem);
-- training of the fmea methodology and software;
-- checking and evaluation of supplier fmeas;
-- communication with customers and suppliers in regards to fmea;
-- monitoring the progress of fmea projects;
任職要求：
key competencies:
-- ability to work in a team;
-- good knowledge with pc and application programs;
-- good english communication skills;
-- knowledge of fmea software fmea iq (apis) is beneficial;
education and experience:
-- engineering degree in mechanical, electrical/electronic, or automotive;
experience:
-- experience in the development of automotive industry, automotive supplier;
-- experience in the development of instrument cluster, infotainment;
-- experience in the methodology, preparation of fmea desirable;
